These people are fake. No information on shipment has provided and later when u call them and ask about it they ask for your bank acc number or ask you to download an app entering your card details which means they can hack your account too. Also the person abused me when I asked are you guys fake since so mane complaints are registered with their name.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
