Maharaja Agrasen Hospital - No information about patient condition

The patient was put on ventilator in ICU. In spite of multiple requests to the staff members to update the condition of the patient, no information was shared with the attendants. Only update provided was that the patient is critical and we are trying our best. We lost the patient that night. However, tbe discharge report says that attendants were informed about the condition in details. This is pure lie. Nothing was informed to the attendants. They were not even informed about the BP readings. When it was requested to at least connect with the support staff, they mentioned that staff Is busy. No proper response was provided.
