This restaurant Cafe Kabana in hulimavu, Bangalore has *.* Zomato rating when I am writing this. Please have a Look at their kitchen. I have shared the pictures.
The hygiene level is practically in negative values. Next to the hand wash there were multiple tooth brush and the surrounding was no where I would stand for a min. Ambience is bad, filled with dust and nothing has been kept clean. The food was bad. The fish and chips we ordered was the worst. Either the fish was gone or the oil they used is to fry was the worst. There was a bad odour in that. We sent back the pasta we ordered as it was way too salty or something was bad in it. The chicken wings was another story. The prices are of a top restaurant but the taste, hygiene and ambience was of less than street food. We complained about the food and asked to speak to the owner as he was there at the restaurant at that time. He did not even come anywhere near us. They did not include my Zomato gold benefits as well. We had told them before the order itself that we have Zomato gold. They made us wait over **mins at least just to get us the bill. They had included the returned food in the bill again it took sometime to get it removed from the bill. Now Zomato is not refunding my money as gold benefits money. There is no GSTIN number on the bill nor there is any Service tax account number. We asked them to remove the service charge, they refused to remove it.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
