I ordered item from subway, Baner. The delivery boy cancelled the delivery without notifying me and left the place. He didnt even ask our office boy that some one order a from uber eats. This is fucking crazy that we paid for something and didnt get it.
This is third time that happened with me. sometimes they deliver wrong order , somtimes cancelled directly without calling customer WTF.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
