Lays chips - No flavor in green lays cream onion

So we have bought * lays chips that is cream and onion flavour but when we open the chips has no flavour. Not * but all the * has same thing.
It was a party and kind of embarrassment i had cant even explain.
This is not something i expect from a brand like lays!
