GJUS&THisar - no fee no classes issue against GJUS THisar

We have already done M.sc. in advertising management and public relations but actually, this degree is invalid for any hpsc, hssc and other government jobs. So university of science and technology Hisar is going to organise one-month bridge course to change our degree in mass communication but this university demands ***** rupees for its fee. This is not fair because we have already paid all the dues and examined in the same syllabus. Then why we need to take this exam again.
