This company has such a ridiculous policy where customers can't return/ exchange the products even if the size is wrong. Also if they are returning some of the products, they are not refunding money in the source account and they asking to give money back in bonkers wattel which I don't want.
As an evidence they have the customer support call log and they have recording.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
