I had ordered a mop from Blinkit. As soon as it arrived, I connected to the customer care to return the item as it wasn't the same model which I needed. They are telling me that they have recently changed their policy of no return or exchange. They are not even ready to give credit note. I have tried to escalate as well but of no help.
Any online platform should allow exchange or returns else they should not be allowed to operate. A customer orders online only on trust that we can return if it's not as per our requirement.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
