I ordered anarkali kurta on *nd August and due to poor quality of clothes I tried to reach out to them via whatsapp saying I want to my refund they said refund is not there only exchange is there and that too by your delivery agent coz we don't provide any pickup help only one side service is been given so I paid delivery charges of Rs.*** for the pick up and delivery of exchanged item but they kept on making fool of me saying we have sent the delivery agent but nobody came to pick the product.So it's just a fraud don't trust them.
