Oriental Bank of Commerce - no ecs for educational loan

I have a running education loan from Oriental bank of commerce which was sanctioned in **** when I started my MBA. The manager disagreed to facilitate our loan as collateral free and we were forced to keep collateral as property and also a guarantor for my loan. My emi's started from **** but they never started the ECS. My father being a cardiac bypass patient had to visit the branch and deposit cash in their accounts or had to deposit cheques. This scenario continued till **** June. Then I started to pay the emi via neft every month till June **** but if there were any emi misses, people from the bank would land up in our home and harass my parents, they would scare us by telleing that they would approach our guarantor for collections. Since june **** my father has not been able to take this supression any more and the bank is least bothered to take the money. After repeated mails, they do not reply, they just mis-use their power and hampering my cibil report.
