Varied Home Decor items ordered on */*/****, paid ₹****/- fully online. Mail received for payment confirmation and account activation. SMS with link for order confirmation also received. However on logging into the account on website, it says no orders in my account and also no dispatch status or order confirmation received by mail. When I sent the request for account update and dispatch details, received a reply saying products not in stock and delay expected. My reply asked them if they were not in stock then how come while placing order it was showing in stock and also update dispatch status ASAP else give full refund. There seems to be something not right!
