It is submitted the TEXCO Branch Office Trichy has booking a courier to TEXCO Branch Office Chennai on ** Dec **** vide booking No ***********. The same letter has reached at Courier office Chennai on ** Dec ****. But the individual not handed over to the same. Till date the same letter not delivery by courier at ****hrs. In this regard enquiry made by me from ST Courier Chennai at ****rs on ** Dec **** mobile No **********. They stated that the letter will be dispatch solely and the courier boy is not permeant job. The individual is in temporary job. Hence, the letter is delay in despatch. Request immediate despatch the letter and inform to this office early . In future you are requested to despatch all TEXCO letters in TOP PRIORTY basis Due to delay (** days) to pay the salary of the TEXCO person deployed at various place in TAMILNADU.
