I placed order of * items on shadesltd_ instagram account, i asked for COD but they said it is their policy that i have to prepay for the same. i paid on **th june and they confirmed and said it will be delivered within *-* days. i asked for tracking but no details were provided. it has been **th july now, neither i am getting response from them nor i recieved the order. repetedly messaging but no reponse neither on instagram nor on email. i called but noone picks up the calls. i dont know what to do
