Shiprocket courier - No delivery of my Boat Airdopes

I ordered my Airpodes from Boats and I got a mail that it will get delivered next day. It's a whole week now. Airdopes not get delivered yet. No one contacted me. Still at evening I get message that delivery attempted. Like I got today :

Dear Customer, Your Shipment from SHIPROCKET, AWB: SDD******* is out for delivery today by Kerry Indev Express (Call - **********).Provide Delivery Code- ****** at the time of Delivery

I tried number mentioned here but it is cutting my call. I tried to call customer care but they are disconnecting my call. Its a fake company.
