complaints against lt online store order no #**-**-******
i had booked online order in said co. on **th october ****
order of aa aaa eneloop rechargaeble battery each of * packs
i received email order placed successfully payment was successfully paid
after one day another email received mentioning order status has been changed
& mentioned new fulfillment status processing
courier is dtdc i tried so many time track my order i didn't found
after some time i try to contact by given no. no reply i tried so many times no reply
i email twice for my order status still a date no reply
even they mentioned delivery time *to ** days for metro city
still adate no delivery of booked order no reply
my paid amount is rs. ****.**
please help me in the matter wiil be highly oblige thanks
