I paid Nurserylive Rs. ****.** towards delivery of plants on **th June ****. Today is **th July and so far I have not received my order. I contacted them via the chat on their website as well as by email but to no avail. After repeated attempts, I received an email on **th July stating the order is pending due to covid restrictions and will be dispatched shortly. However on checking their tracking service it says my order has reached Agra on **th June and Cochin on *th July. So if shipment is yet to be dispatched how can it say it has reached Cochin. Today is **th July and it takes under an hour by flight or * hours by road to reach me if it is indeed in Cochin. When it was over * weeks in transit I wrote and asked them to cancel my order and refund my money as plants are perishable and will not reach in good condition after so long. They refuse to answer. I contacted the courier Xpressbees via their chat and they only have automated responses and will not answer the phone. I just want a refund of my money. Please help.
