We bought a pureit water filter of *,*** rs ,the filter got a problem and stoped working in * months ,we filled complaints about the issue * time in this month .they say that " your issue will be resolved under ** hours ".but its been a ** days since we filled our first request for repair . they have mentioned that any issue will be resolved in * days but it is not done. So we kindly request you to take necessary action. Thank you.
