Chairstore - No consignment delivered even after advance payment

This is with reference to purchase order no. (#****), transaction No. *********** for Rs.****/-regarding purchasing of the chair. I have not received this supply even after ** days (according to delivery policy). This is my *rd mail about my order. If you are not able to deliver this order, refund my amount as soon as possible otherwise I go through legal notice.
