There is no connection from the last * days. It is showing error as connection lost. After calling customer care they are saying it would be resolved in half an hour but there is no respite. * days ago they told they have noted the complaint and the technician will visit my place. It's been * days no one has yet visited. Every day I am calling the customer care and they said the technician will visit in ** hours.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
