MTNL - NO CONNECTION FROM 14 DAYS

Hi All,

This is regarding my MTNL connection ( Consumer No.- *********** , Ph. No.- ********), the line is dead from more than * weeks now. I have complained from online ticket means and by calling but no action has been taken till date. After visiting the MTNL office at Shalimar Bagh (BS Block) Near Ram Mandir , no solution is provided. Also, the MTNL employee named Mr. Vijender was very rude and was provoking me from the moment i entered the room. When asked about the previous complaint he raised his voice, talked rudely and didnt register my complaint. Due to the bad service of MTNL , I went at the office to submit the documents for the surrender of my broadband connection but, the person responsible for the same left before the time and they told me to visit at other time again. This has been the case with MTNL and causing problems to all the the customers due to which MTNL connections are no more at their house.

I have contacted area manager Bhaskar also and similar kind of behaviour is being faced due to the rude behaviour. After asking questions about the connection he cut the call and didnt follow up on my connection issues. I hope there would be no billing for this month and this is * weeks of no internet connection + no landline as well.
