My Go first flight(H***GJ - Mumbai to Chennai) got rescheduled * times.
Departure time and date - **:**pm / **th December

At the date of departure, when I went to web check in on their website, the whole page crashed. After several calls to their customer care, a long wait, they picked up and asked some formal questions and informed me that I cancelled my flight. I kept asking without asking me any confirmation, how is my flight cancelled?
Also, during my call with customer call, they sent me the cancellation email sneakily in midst of our conversation after **mins.
After heated arguments, she wanted me to book another flight, which was priced at ** thousand rupees (mumbai to Chennai). Just imagine the audacity to ask me to book again. This is clearly a scam and this airline should be banned at the earliest. This is a national issue.
I missed my mother's send off to the UK because of these basterds and my money was wasted on unnecessary expenses in terms of extended accomodation, food etc. I booked another air ticket from Air India on December **th.
Only after reading so many reviews, I got to know that so many people have gone through this. How are the airline authority not taking any action? Rescheduling is common but * times for the same flight? For *** passengers in a span of * years? There is something fundamentally wrong with this company.
The external travel agencies like make my trip, ease my trip etc should remove this airline from their company. Even Skyscanner, should not list this airline on their website.
If we don't take quick action, they might get permission to fly international. Imagine the consequences.
