I have placed order on **.**.****. I received the Order receipt with no. ***-Og. However, I did not get any mail or any msg regarding confirmation of order placed. The order is not even showing on the website. I have sent multiple msgs on No. **********. But did not receive any response. Nobody picks the call also.
I have paid Rs. ****/- on order placed. Please resolve the issue.
