Glowroad shopping app - No Compensation Received

I signed up as a supplier on Glowroad to increase my new offline shop a bit, I added **pcs dinner sets to sell on Gloworad, Initially Gloworad provided * orders for my **pcs dinner set that was listed at Rs.****. All the orders were on COD, and I packed and handed over the orders to their delivery partner. Initially, The package got delivered, But suddenly after * days, all the parcels were marked returned, No reason return reason was mentioned, I was shocked, Glowroad charged me for the return shipments but adding a negative balance of approx Rs.*** per parcel. The more shocking was that a delivery boy from shadowfax came after ** days to return the parcels and out of * boxes of **pcs each dinner set, I was getting * plates back that were also in a plastic packing, Moreover, the guy was fighting with my father who was there at the shop and denied to accept the parcel as it completely tampered. Somehow we were able to get some photos of the parcel but the delivery boy took the parcel and ran away. Then after * days, i got * more orders from Gloworads but this time I checked the delivery address submitted by Gloworad and I found that no specific location or place was mentioned in the address, I was shocked to see that all the addresses at which the parcel got delivered were some fake addresses, Just to make sure that I am going in the right direction, I handed over * more parcels to Gloworad and again they marked it as delivered, I was sure that it is a kind of scam that is running in or by the company Glowroad. I put this concern in front of the Gloworad team as well, But from last * months since January, They guys switch the attendant and the email heading so that there will be no complete communication can be retrieved from a single email, I explained my situation to almost ** people out there in Gloworad, But they are providing me any compensation regarding my lost orders, and keep saying due to financial year end, You will soon get your refunds, The same is happening from last * months. Now I seriously need help.
