I had placed an order on **/*/**** on Jantacart for Ram Cooler model Gold ***. Paid Rs. *,*** as advance. After a few days, they messaged that the delivery address was not eligible for COD, and asked me to pay the remaining **,*** which I did on April *. But even today, my order status still shows as "Processing" with **,*** due for paying later. The last message I got from them was on the *th, saying that the item is ready to ship but some issues with the logistics. Since then they are not replying to any message and are not reachable by phone.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
