Tee Kart - No communication of the order after successful payment

I Ordered a Handy Portable Stitching Machine today via Online payment . The payment was successful, but i did not get confirmation of "Order successful". Its been more than a week now and now. No callback nor any mail from TeeKart of "Order Confirmation"
