BYJU s Think And Learn Pvt Ltd - No Clarification or confirmation from Byju s on ECS mandate for cancelled Order and loan

Hello All,
I tried to purchase a Byjus product for my KID and the Byju's mentor visited our house on April *rd and tried to process order and did a ENACH to process the ECS mandate for the amount of ***** via IIFL.
On April *th he made me to complete the e-doc sign verification and placed the order.
After * days unfortunately we had to cancel the order and i intimated the same to the mentor and he accepted it and i asked whethet next month ECS would be processed.

He said us that a verification call would come to us on the loan processing and told us to clearly mention in that call that we are cancelling the order and do no process the loan
I did receive a couple of calls and i told the same and therefore nothing related to order processing came as email or message

Now when i tried to contact Byjus to check whether EMI would be debited next month i'm not clearly answered and told that my order is cancelled and they are working with IIFL to cancel the loan and it takes ** working days.

It's been the same answer and i asked couple of questions that i had rejected the loan verification call and therefore my loan should not be processed and asked what is the status of the loan. One says it is not verified and another one says it is active. I said how can a loan not passed verification be active. No proper response.

Also i told i had cancelled my order even before receiving the order and therefore i had not received the product and need to make sure whether ecs would get debited as they did the enach

even the mentor (Karthick Prassana) is not aware on this situation much.

I'm afraid that whether ECS would be processed next month. Please help.

Note:
*. I tried to reach IIFL as through which Byju's tried to process loan but no luck
*. So far i had not received any messages either from Byjus or iifl saying that my ECS is this much and on this date

But im still afraid whether ECS would be debited.

Please help.
