Planet Sparks - No cancelling my subscription

I registered with Planet sparks for their public speaking classes on **th of Dec. Classes were to begin on *st Jan. My daughter did * live classes n * practice classes. As per mail sent by the enrollment team, he clearly mentioned I can take * Live+* Practice classes post wich if not satisfied I can go ahead with cancellation. On lodging a ticket with the team now, for cancellation, they say the policy is changed, which I was not informed about. They are not ready to listen, and are offering upgrade or pausing the program , which I do not want. I just wnt to go ahead with the cancellation, and stop the EMI payments.
