No BrokersHood - No Brokershood Packers and Movers didnt refund token amount once booking was cancelled

I have booked NO brokers for Packers and Movers. As discussed with Agent on call , they promised once you pay the token amount, you can cancel the booking **hours prior to the day of service. I cancelled the booking before * days prior as i got better offer than NO Broker. But these people didnt refund my token amount. While booking on call, They made me assured that they will refund my token amount if i cancel, thats the reason i paid the amount. I clearly mentioned them if i get better deal i might cancel your booking. But they are cheating like this. Please help in this regard. And it happened twice.
