Nagaraja filed complaint against Nobroker pay on Nov 16, 2022
i made a transaction of Rs. *,**,***/- with my credit card on **th November ****. So, they took the service charge of Rs. ****. As per their norms, amount should be deposited in the landlord's account (upto * working days). But the transaction is hold. And they have requested agreement then I have provided valid house agreement. The reason is telling beneficiary landlord lord name not matching but in bank details landlord info same which is provided Nobroker .Now(**th November ****) they are telling that, initiated refund of Rs. *,**,***. with deduction Rs. **** (Service charge).
Without providing service, how they are holding the amount.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
