Rental Home - No broker is not providing refund

I had taken a ** days plan from nobroker against finding the tenant within ** days or they will refund my complete money. But once i paid them money, they didn't bother to check any tenant. while taking the plan they agreed to provide me the tenant with amount more than Rs.*****/- in pune. But after **-** days, somebody from their side asked me to get down the rent to ** to ** K. Then they didn't bother to contact me for many days and all sudden sent me an email as we found the tenant which will be paying **K ( it includes nobroker monthly fee Rs.***, so eventually Rs*****/- and that too broker would be checking in last week of the month, so i would be loosing one month rent as well. I didn't provide them any confirmation on finalizing the moving date but these guys were so arrogant as they did not bother to contact me again. So within ** days i didn't get the tenant from nobroker, so i was expecting them to refund my money back but now they are saying , we will not pay you back in any case. I need your help to get my refund back from these guys
