Horrible SITE NO ONE CAN GET ACCESS TO A HUMAN FRONT NO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IS WORKING
You are becoming a company with no place to address customers complaint.
Your customers number are giving false IVR not related for resolving the issue
I booked hotel in Noida on **/**/****,Hotel Savoy Suites for * days you deducted amount Rs****/- and shocking no booking was done.
I was shocked at Hotel that I have no room,why is such a thing happening all the time.
Now one cannot contact you or all your numbers go to a certain point and then you are logged out.
Please refund this amount immediately amount deducted Rs****/- Goibiboupi@hdfcbank (upi reference no ************)
