Pratham Filter Industries - No Bill provided for the Purchase

I made a purchase from Pratham Filters ( www.prathamfilter.com) spoke to the owner regarding the products and finalized them. As their website had issues, the owwer created the order manually and shipped them as cash on delivery. I did not get the bill for the purchase that should be including GST. I tried call the owners number, he has stopped answering my calls also sent messages on their official whats app, they read the messages but no reply.
I need the bills and I have requested them from the company multiple times.
