The company is not able to help with providing a suitable spare gasket for their Cooker. They have no physical stores where the problem can be explained. Their online support issues machine driven responses and does not resolve the issues faced by customers. Their products do not even have basic model numbers, based on which suitable accessories can be easily identified. Very unprofessional company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
