CoWork synv - Nit refunded

I have applied for freelance work in CoWork sync through quicker.com. They contacted me for job and asked *** for starting my work and have not informed about more investment. I paid, thenafter they asked for **** for agreement. I sent that amount and then asked for **** and ***for software development. I asked to refund my earlier amount. (As they said those initial amounts are refundable) so they asked for **** as cancellation charge. As they said that they will refund the initial ** min after the payment. Now they are not refunding any amount.
