Nira finance - Nira Loan harasment

My name is Vikas Kumar, I have received legal mail by Nira Team. You are initiating legal action to take action against me. No person becomes bad by himself, he is making bad. Neera team has also tried to do the same with me by spoiling my CIBIL score and making me a defaulter. My EMI was being deducted from you regularly, but for some months my EMI was not being deducted, due to which a huge penalty was imposed on me or my CIBIL score was also affected, which is not right. I told that I had kept money in the account but the deduction was not made and I also faced medical problems. Both my wife and child are admitted to OT and my financial situation is fluctuating a bit. I will pay within *-* days. Your collection team will misbehave with me. He told me, you are also admitted in the hospital, I don't care any many more. I want money which is not right. How can your collection agent work like this? I have paid around ** EMI installments on time on your portal. (Example - Once there was a delay due to some technical problem with the bank, your team treated me very well and took the payment from me. I also liked your work environment very much). But at this time your collection agents are behaving very rudely and threatening you. Right now my situation is that I am unemployed/Jobless and they are not even ready to accept my situation, it is ok if they don't accept my situation but at least communicate in a good way, they can give me contact details, Sending more personal details. Assign part of my personal information to another company. If Neera Team feels that the collection team is using the threat of personal information to extort money from the customer, then the customer is also ready to die from the extortion of Neera Team and pay the amount.
