Tata Motors - New Tata Punch Car Tyre Issues No Service Warranty Provided

Recently purchased a new tata punch creative car from Tata Motors Mulund Branch. Only after a few days while driving, my front right tyre burst and when I complained about it to Tata Service Centre as it’s under warranty, they said that Goodyear would not replace it. So I got a Yokohama Tyre installed. One week later, a bubble appeared in the front left tyre(maybe a bad batch of tyres), and I approached the service centre again. But they did not process it until over a month, and I was told that Goodyear would give only **% of the share for the new tyre. But I already paid for the new car with tyres, insurance, and warranty. Why do I have to pay more to get the faulty things repaired? Tata Motors provided me with the safest car but with faulty tyres. I hope you will address and resolve this concern, as I trusted the TATA brand while buying this car.
