I personally shipped a parcel from Doha to Jehanabad, Bihar, India on **/**/**** by AIR cargo.

Destination: Jehanabad, Bihar, India
Amount Paid: *** QAR
It has been approximately * months, and the parcel has not been delivered. I have tried contacting the company multiple times, but I have received no proper response or tracking details.
I request immediate investigation into this matter.
Either the company must deliver my shipment immediately or provide a full refund/compensation.
I am attaching a copy of the receipt as proof.
