OPPO - New phone buying but adaptor is missing

I am buying a new phone dated-**/**/**** oppofindN*Flip the price of my phone is ***** rupees.but adaptor is missing in my phone box company say that it is mistake by company Oppo Brand fault is not giving adaptor in your phone box its h very frastrating for me because of i can't charge my phone its disturbing my mind to and company says i can't do any thing for this missing adaptor its your fault.we are not responsible for this . please sir help me for this thing doing with myself its a big mistake by company and i am very frastrated for not giving me a adaptor by company and i want to compensation by company.which type of compensation given by company for me . please take a grant of my complain.
If you do this so i will be very grateful to you.
