Lapcare India Private Limited - New Laptop Charger stopped working after using for 4 days

I had purchased a Lapcare Adapter TypeC and a power cable from Agarwal Computer, UG-* , Urmila Tower, Bank More, Dhanbad, -****** on **th April, **** And it has been just * days and the Product is not working now. I contacted the owner of Agarwal Computer (ph: **********), he was very rude in behavior and is not ready to listen to my problem and replace my product. He is saying , talk to Lapcare Customer care and get your problem solved and he is disconnecting the call everytime. I just want my problem to be solved. I want a total replacement of my charger . Its has been just * days of buying it. And I want some action taken against the owner of Agarwal Computers.
