Studs - New Helmet of Studs Company theft

Dear Team ,
Since I am regular customer of your shop but it is verry bad experience today I felt when my New Helmet of Studs company theft from Zudio mall at Dakbunglo Patna. I Have kept my helmet Green colour on first floor at Zudio shop situated in Patna one mall at Dakbunglow Patna. Since I went with my family for shopping.one of my kid with me hence I have kept my helmet beside lift area above one box and when I went to take from there it was not available. When I asked with the person. Who was working there. They instent denied and behave very badly rather than helping and finding out the same. He was asking that you have to take care of your own belongs .when I asked to see camera footage, he denied and ask that camera is not available on that area. How it is possible.. it is my humble request to see such type of theft from your branded shop, else you will be losing many more customer like me.
