मैंने नया मकान बनाया है और मुझे नए बिजली कनेक्शन की आवश्यकता है।परंतु जब मैंने नए कनेक्शन के लिए अप्लाई किआ तो माननीय JE गुलावठी ने ये कहकर एप्पलीकेशन रद्द कर दी कि मेरे पिता जो कि अलग मकान में रहते है उनका बिजली बिल बकाया है जब तक उनका बिल जमा नही हो जाता तब तक आपको कनेक्शन नही मिलेगा।मैने JE साब को बताया कि मैं अपने पिता से अलग रहता हूं हमारे मकान भी अलग अलग है।परंतु वो नही माने।मेरा नाम-आशीष s /o श्री कन्हैया लाल निवासी मोहल्ला बुद्धे खां गुलावठी जिला बुलंदशहर उत्तर प्रदेश-******
