I have ordered the One plus Nord display in Maxbhi.com website store on **nd Aug and received the product on **th Aug, After visiting to Mobile store for installation the Display.They clearly said its fault product . Than immediately raised replacement ticket through Maxbhi portal with attached snapshots.
After a long time Maxbhi team were reacted and and tested the product and replaced with other product delivered on sep **th (After Too many days delayed).
Again *nd delivered product also got issue and it was not working (Error bars showing on display and mobile getting off suddenly). After a several reminders and contacting to Maxbhi support team. They ignoring and not responding to my messages/Calls (Simply saying that rectify with in **hrs). Finally thease fault prodcut also courired with my own pocket money to their office addres. They received the product and not rectifying my issue. As of now almost approx. **days over. Please take necessary action on MAXBHI.COM

I want to cancle my order and want the refund to my paytm or bank account, but the application does not have any options for order cancellation and coustomer support is unreachable.
