Act Fiber Net Chennai - New connection not provided post payment

We requested new connection & made the payment for the chosen plan. The sales person confirmed that, the connection will be installed on Saturday. But there was no call on that day & the next day a technician called. He checked for the controller box near to my house & told that connection is not possible as the box is inside some other's person home & it have locked. So there will be a different technician will be assigned. After two days no one called us & i complained the same through customer care. They told it will be resolved yesterday. But still no response.
