Hathway Chennai - New connection and installation not provided post paying the requested amount

I was contacted by Mr. Praveen of Hathway broadband connection and he insisted me to make the payment immediately for * months period. But now they are not responding to my call or msg for providing the connection. Im doing work from home in this pandemic and this is huge issue for me. Their technicians should have first come and visited the place before committing the timelines. They made us pay first and now telling that they are awaiting for approval due to my place is more than *** meters from nearest Hathway connection. Had they not collected the payment, I would have preferred ACT broadband atleast or some other broadband. Poor response by them
