hp pendrive - New Computer getting stuck

I have purchased the laptop in the month of **-May-**, from the month of June'** the lap top is getting stuck. Raised multiple cases (nearly * cases) from the month of Aug'**. Atlast in the month of Nov'** mother board has been replaced and even the same problem occurs and none of the team in HP is taking any initiative in solving my problem even after me contacting them multiple times
