Anil Gupta filed complaint against Sikka Broadband Private Limited on Jul 14, 2020
This is really unfortunate that I have to complaint here along with complaint number # ******* which i have raised with consumer forum.
I have applied for a new broadband connection on *st July post discussion and feasibility done by Mr. Pankaj #********** (Sikka representative) at my home.
He confirmed that connection is feasilbe and it will be done by max *th ot *th July and i have to fill the required form along with documents and payment receipt, which i did and share the eveidence to Pankaj on WhatsApp. (refer attachement).
Now I am not getting proper response and also Pnkaj is communicated to me that connection is not feasible. If connection is not feasible then what feasibility check he did earler while confirming to me.
Expecting some positive response and corrective action from Sikka Team. Also strict action shold be taken against Mr. Pankaj for his false commitment.
