Global Digital Technologies - New Broad Band Connection

I have request for New Broadband connection using AIRTEL.IN web site. Got call from them for docs and payments to be given to them.
Gave all documents and Cheque to Airtel person on **st Mar ** and I was assured that installation will be done on ** hrs. Even after ** days nothing had happened. I called and mailed them number of times but nothing happened.
Even no one is ware of the status....standard response we are checking and will get back. Number of deadline committed but no answer to my status.
Finally after getting fully frustrated, I have to say that I don't need the connection, please return my docs and cheque. Now they says they can't even return the same. They themselves don't know where my docs and cheque are with which Dept.
They thinks customers are fool and they can take them for ride.
This shown you are totally at mercy of AIRTEL and what ever they want they can do.
This is totally unethical and unprofessional, which is not acceptable.
