I had order a shoe for my father for his birthday on **-Jan-**** by paying ₹****.**. The order number placed with ref Order #**b***-****, money was deducted but there was no update on the delivery. I tweeted newbalance and used their ‘contact Us’ without any update. Later I read tweets where new balance said they don’t have an official website or delivery in Inida.
