I purchased water purifier () * weeks back.It stopped working after two weeks. When I called the customer case they sent a service person and he said there is manufacturing fault and the filter has to be replaced by the company and they will do it in * days. But no one responded after words. Sever calls to customer case is not helping since ** days . They simply take the complaint and keep quite.
