Lacoste - Never shipped product and now aren't refunding original payment.

Abhijith Budur filed complaint against Lacoste on Feb 8, 2018

I have made a purchase with Lacoste (from Lacoste.in) on Jan **, **** of INR **,***. However, since there was enormous delay in shipping I cancelled the order on Jan **th. And since then the amount has not been refunded. I have sent them over ** emails and made ** calls. Out of which no email has been replied and only a couple of calls are replied. They just postpone saying that the amount will be refunded in * days. They are not providing the ARN number for bank reference. I am adding the proofs below. Please do the needful.
